Registration Procedure

All registrations/reservations to the ICORS 2020 International Conference must be made through the online form.
In case of student fee selection, please provide a formal certification of inscription/attendance signed from your University.
Please note that your registration will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.
The early bird fee expires on … (midnight CEST)

The Conference Secretariat will then provide the invoice/s.
Please note no pro-forma invoice will be issued.
All participants are required to carefully check the inserted data for the invoice(s). No changes will be feasable once the invoice is emitted . In case of any doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.In the ‘Invoice’ section of the registration form, please also specify the fiscal address and VAT/tax code:
– In case of refunds from your Company/Institution, please select “Company”
– If you are paying indipendently, please insert your personal fiscal data.

All refunds will be processed starting from one month after the Congress. A € 20 bank commission expense will be charged.

Save time and book an accommodation when registering to the ICORS 2020 Rome Conference!

In order to finalize your booking you will be asked to provide a credit card details, which will be used only as guarantee of the reservation. The Conference Secretariat will forward your request and provide an official confirmation by email once the availability is confirmed.

Please note your card won’t be charged during the booking procedure, as payment will take place directly at the hotel check-out. City taxes will be charged as well.
